We are advocating for a $5 million line item in the Pennsylvania state budget to support Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across the Commonwealth. Currently, Pennsylvania is one of only four states without dedicated state budget funding for FQHCs.
We met with state representatives and senators to discuss the critical role FQHCs play in providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities and to seek support at the state level.
In addition, we are advocating for the protection of the 340B program for FQHC's, which is essential in helping us continue to provide affordable medications and expanded services to our patients and communities.
